Inked User Agreement

These terms apply to the current Inked iPhone app and related support contact.

Inked provides tools for personal material sample records, surface notes, comparison boards, and optional voice notes.

1. Service

Inked helps you capture, import, organize, compare, and export material sample records for individual reference.

2. Local Account

The app creates a lightweight local account on the device so you can start without manual sign-up, passwords, or Apple Sign In.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of photos, imported images, notes, boards, and voice recordings you create in Inked. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.

4. Purchases and Credits

Inked offers consumable credit packs through Apple in-app purchase. Credits are used for optional voice note saves and full-size board exports. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to bypass credit deductions or purchase handling.
Do not use the app to store unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Do not interfere with app operation, Apple purchase processing, or support systems.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update or adjust Inked to improve quality, maintain compatibility, meet platform requirements, or protect app integrity.

7. Data Controls

The app provides log out, clear data, and delete account controls for local device data. Removing the app may also remove locally stored records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Inked is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited for indirect or incidental losses.
